How does the Concierge Service work?
We have two products, a smart Concierge AI and an Expert Concierge service – one powered by meticulously designed algorithms, the other powered by highly experienced humans. In both cases a prospective customer will complete a short form which will enable our system (or humans!) to go through your answers and choices, producing a detailed shortlist of between 4-7 metals dealers most appropriate to your circumstances.
Who is the service for?
Bullion Concierge is primarily for High Net Worth individuals, looking to invest a minimum of $100,000 in precious metals.
How much is the Concierge Service?
There is no charge to use Concierge AI, whilst there is a small fee to use the Expert Concierge service. This fee may be fully refundable if you place a qualifying order with any of our carefully selected bullion dealers.
Where do you offer these services?
We currently work across the USA and will reopen in the UAE mid-2024.
Are there any membership fees?
No, there are no fees for being a member at Bullion Concierge. The only fee you may ever pay us, would be if you used any of our optional Expert Concierge Services.
What are the membership tiers and how do I qualify?
There are three membership tiers:
- Argent Select: Automatic membership after an initial qualifying investment of $100,000.
- Aurum Elite: Achieved after an initial or cumulative investment of $500,000.
- Platino Prestige: Achieved after an initial or cumulative investment of $1M.
Each tier offers access to additional complimentary member services.
Can I refer friends to become members?
Of course – and we'll reward you both as a thank you.
What are the types of qualifying investments?
Qualifying investments are investment precious metals. Specific details about these types will be provided during your engagement with us.
What if I have issues with the bullion dealer I was referred to?
While we take great care in partnering only with the industry's most reputable dealers, any concerns or disputes with the dealer should be addressed directly with them. That being said, please inform us of any major issues you have so we can ensure the ongoing quality of our partnerships and recommendations.
Can I terminate my membership at any time?
Yes, of course. You're free to terminate your membership whenever you choose.
